Merry Meet all

In the path of learning many have asked over and over again what books to start the path in learning with . Many books are good , and knowledgable , awakens the inner names that you so were mystified in not knowing what the gifts are . The list is long of the wisdom that you can find in the market place to learn and trace your roots , and your shelves are deep with many that you have started to study from and then went ???? .. .. yes .. . makes no sense at all ..

Books are the richness of witchs, pagans alike they open minds , bring about discussion , discover newnesss of the path and open more learning .<<< or are they indeed?

Seems to me the more wiccan , pagan I talk to they seem to rely to strongly on books , what happened to the learning of the craft in the personal level where magick really exsists ? The inner charge of light that brings forth the knowledge , writting of your own spells , blending your herbals by yourself the call of your chanting to the Goddess in her wilderness .

Inner magick is the core of all with out it , its a book that lays open and has words that float around not nesting any where to grab root. A friend told me that her magick is not the books she reads ,its pouring left over java on the ground at the end of the day to bless and thank mother earth for a day well spent . (Tales gal ) .

To me the real magick of learning comes to me in the summer , I have an island that I escape to , in the middle of no where lands .. That at nite you can hear the wolves call from the far shores , the loons beckoning you to thier world , the calm of the waters and the mother moon shining down on you with her sisters the stars around her . You can light the fire and stand sky clad or not in her bathe of golden rays and feel the ancients calling to you whispering secrets in the warm nite air . This is the real magick of mother earth and the Goddess.

Remember well that a book may be a reference to the giftss, but the real gift is mother earth and all her watch towers around you ..

Truthfully jet, your working is true to the witches of the 20's and 30's

because they didn't have books that they could goto unless they was mage or occult grimores/talbots because they saught both the nature of who and what they are as to the education came firsthand...

Witch to witch, Wizard to Student, Mage to witch and her consort,

or Family of Occult, but that was rare even in the 20's, most students of the occult was saught out and measured for their skill then by magic the Teacher or Witch found by energy and example the one who would walk their way....(the rest didn't matter and didn't exist) because the rest of the world would tend to itself........

Now every fallout is a Witch or High Priest or Mage, they gather the lastest of books filled with only about 20's of anything worthy of the Old,

because secrets was something that even if it was welcomed in a group wasn't often said....the lenght of this extent is still going on....even in the so called "traditional" paths.....

The Magickal Tools of the TechPagan

We are all familiar with the tools of the traditional Magician: The Cup or Chalice, the Wand or Staff, the Athame or Sword, and the Pentacle, and the Book of Shadows and the clothing. We see them on the Tarot cards, altars, and in the possession of Pagans, Witches, and Magicians everywhere. Shops that cater to Pagans have a mind-boggling variety of incredibly beautiful items to sell, and some people collect these tools and clothes.
The TechPagan probably has the Traditional Tools in his or her possession, too. After all, they too practice the arts and rites of the Wheel of the Year. But TechPagans are 21st Century People, too, and they have Tools that are adapted for both Magickal and practical use. We must remember that the ancients used and wore the items that we now consider sacred in everyday situations. Modern TechPagans are no different.
So, what sort of modern tools would be analogous to the ancient elemental Tools? As a TechPagan and a technician myself, I have a handy-dandy set of tools I am never without when I go on a call, or have a machine on the bench.

Air: The Wand

Probably the most vital tool in a TechPagan's arsenal is a good screwdriver. I carry several sizes- all reversible from standard to Phillips. But the vital tool in my kit is the Torx driver. Its end has a unique shape, and it is vital for getting into the innards of Compaq computers. It wouldn't be difficult to scratch a runestave for Good Order onto the handles of your screwdrivers- every little bit of Help counts!
Although not a Tool in the truest sense of the word, no TechPagan should be without some Canned Air in their Little Black Bag.

Fire: The Sword

Face it, swords are way cool, and I know lots of TechPagans who have Katanas and other fancy cutlery in their homes. But for practical uses in tight spaces like wiring closets and circuitboards, swords -er, just don't cut it. Being the 21st century and all, miniaturization is the word. TechPagans still need to cut things, and a nice set of dikes and a good pocketknife for stripping wires are a must. After all, the electronic 'fires' of data and electricity need to run unimpeded, so good wiring is a must.
The Soldering Iron needs a mention here- again, although not strictly traditional, no good workbench or toolkit should be without one.

Water: The Cup

Well, one thing that hasn't changed over the millennia is the need for refreshment. TechPagans have a large variety of cups, and mugs gleaned from numerous tech and trade shows. A TechPagan's Cup will most likely have the logo of a hardware or software company on it. Instead of wine or a magickal brew, this cup will most likely contain a caffienated beverage of one sort or another. Coffee is common, and soda or Jolt is the choice of the Coder Cultist. No office worth its salt will be without a shrine to the Goddess Caffeine. Extra points if a TechPagan has posted a Poem of Homage to Her nearby.

Earth: The Pentacle.

In traditional use, the Pentacle is basically a fancy plate for putting the offertory bread on. Most plates in a TechPagan's environment are of the disposable sort. And there are some extremist sects who eschew plates entirely- preferring to replace their keyboards every few months because of crumb buildup. The ubiquitous pizza box is the closest analogue to the Pentacle in a TechPagan's environment, closely followed by various loose printed circuit boards, old motherboards, and daughterboard cards. Any Temple of Tech that has been in operation for more than a year or so probably has a small collection of cards that have been replaced by Faster Cards, but not thrown away. (Why throw out a Perfectly Good Card?) It is possible that something like an old 286 motherboard could be used in a ceremonial fashion, although I wouldn't put food on it.

The Book of Shadows.

The problem with the Book of Shadows is that it is singular in the traditional sense. Most ancients really needed only one Book to put their rites into. In a Temple of Tech, books are like potato chips: you can't have just one. Most TechPagans have dozens- if not hundreds of books. And most of them are quite thick. (Computer writers must be paid by the pound.) Like old circuit boards, older technical manuals are rarely thrown away, and often have a second life under monitors, desks, or bowing bookshelves made for small paperbacks. They'll have arcane titles like SED, AWK, Unix, and VB Script in a Nutshell. They'll often be dog-eared and bristling with bookmarks. If a TechPagan writes, you'll most likely find their actual BOS on a disk or CD-ROM. Handwritten stuff is rare, and because of the time spent keyboarding instead of handwriting, handwritten stuff is fairly illegible. But the TechPagan makes up for that with a huge collection of fancy fonts, often designed by them.

Ceremonial Clothing

Ceremonial garb for TechPagans doing group workings can range from old bedsheets to fancy robes to Little Bare Skins, depending on the creativity, mood, and company they keep. Most often, a practicing TechPagan can be found in casual clothes: jeans and a T-shirt. The T-shirt often has the corporate logo of a hardware or software company on it, or a pithy phrase like "/. Me". Remember- the robes the Ancients wore were just fancier versions of the everyday clothing of the period: and the TechPagan's analogue would be a clean T-shirt and jeans. You'll probably find them in a baseball cap instead of a witches or wizard's hat or circlet.

Ceremonies

TechPagans can be hard to pry out of their cubicles. Some do attend actual Face-to-Face events, but many enjoy the fun of doing rites across the Internet. Some include their computers in the rites, and others use them strictly as another communications source. The best part about doing online rituals- especially over ICQ, is that someone can save the chat buffer and print it out for later use, or comb out the bugs for a better ceremony next time.
TechPagans are unique creatures. They walk the boundary between science and magick, and are happiest when they have a new gadget or theory to play with. If anyone makes Clarke's quote about 'any sufficiently advanced technology will be indistinguishable from Magic' a truism, it will be the TechPagan. They are on the cutting edge of both science and Magick, and do much to advance both causes. If you're fortunate enough to know a TechPagan or WebWizard, don't forget to thank them for a job well done. And good food is never a bad idea.

Way of the Wizard fixed by a wizard

The Domain of Wisdom extended across Europe from Portugal to beyond Poland, and at its height included northern Italy, Britain and most of Ireland. It lasted for over five thousand years until its suposed conversion to Christianity in 37 A.D. Wisdom was working insight administered by "those known as wise" Wizards, Mages at the same time acted as political advisors, teachers, engineers and physicians, wizards just advised or removed...

It was their prowess as discovers of the inate and patterns which had prompted the Way of Wisdom, the rules by which the mage exercised, and wizard educated. For these sages of the past had access to a power for which there has since been no equal, the power to destroy the human species or give them to their own truths. Their knowledge was confined to members of the wizardryl, and to qualify as a member a candidate had to undergo rigorous training that emphasized character development, with no promise of success as a Mage.

It is important to realize that the wizards did not confine themselves to didactic teaching methods. They knew the limitations of words, and they wanted proof of a candidate's self discipline. They knew that one's true character is revealed when one has given up hope, and they were not easily fooled by pretenses. They valued application over their rules over memorization, and that was one of a life lesson awaiting.

The stakes were too high to allow much error, for these master identifers possessed medical/knowledge that could kill as easily as it could cure. They knew very well that no substance was good or bad in itself, but that it could be applied in good or bad ways. Everything in the world had its place and pattern. Their knowledge of this truth dictated their attitude to the world for seeking the worthy, for they viewed evil as merely displacement of choice, and saw themselves as part of an inate order whose bonded laws must not be violated. They understood the intrinsic value of every individual's experience as a subject rather than an object, they saw each one as a person with unique needs and a unique role in the world and sometimes exercise their own truth in them, by defined justice as a balance between the suffering of interdependent people.

The study to wisdom of wizardry teaches that people who could handle power often try by easy means. They knew that the acts of beings adapt as well to pleasant circumstances as they do to unpleasant ones. They become by their understanding and magic knowing corruption both within their own ranks and among their apprentices. They taught the difference between a necessity and a luxury, between a right and a privilege. They warned that justice would often feel inadequate to the measure your mind could consult, that some psychological states could not be cured if you went within and dwelled, and that one's will was distinct from one's desires. Influences did not motivate in themselves. Eyes were watching for signs that someone was 'rubbing in' a victory, criticizing harmless imperfections or showing off his or her cleverness limited. Apprentices learned that some things ceased to be true as soon as they were spoken to by them.

The difference between power and influence was clarified. It was understood that the limitations of each had to be understood. Influence had a broad scope, but was dependent upon the connection to the power if any of other people. Power should not extend to the minds of others. Apprentices learned that people who did not control themselves would find themselves being controlled. They learned that power was not in itself an evil thing, and could be used for better of for worse, and that an imbalance of power could be very good or very bad. They learned that power could and couldn't be taken and why, that it should go hand in hand with responsibility.

They did not do anything simply because they could, and defined self government as what they would not do, an honor distinct from privilege, belonging to the bearer alone. They saw the consequences of seeking to destroy a potential danger, for envy/desire was a potential danger, and became strengthened against paranoia. It was essential that they know the meaning of vanity, for it was unrealistic to view one's objective appearance without abandoning one's self interest, that people could not agree and defend themselves at the same time, that true remorse did not induce resentment, that others' opinions belonged to others, and that their suspicions were not impressive.

In doing so they teach that they as well as any wise in magical or patternal design should never be proud or ashamed of what others did or will do, and that unless they were unjustly causing pain, shame was inappropriate. They understood that pride and shame could not be shared. They became enviably immune to false shame, and they the students must be willing to abandon false pride in order to obtain this treasure and taught

to distinguish shame from embarrassment and humiliation. They as "Wizards" were not devastated by weakness, failure or contempt, and knew that their own opinions of people had nothing to do with respect. They did not fear criticism or ridicule, and their self esteem was not in others' hands. But only from some harsh experiences did they learn that they generated love by giving it, and that they may not get anything back by purely asking. Only from the workings as one did they learn that they could control everything that happened to them by giving of their unique view, they would quickly become bored with the common. There was no futile attempt to know the unknowable or cure the incurable.

If the apprentices wanted to 'win out' over others, found their own ignorance shameful, or thought they had achieved wisdom, then they failed. If they kept on trying, knew their own foolishness and achieved dignity, then they became "mages". Dignity had nothing to do with one's body, possessions, power or demeanor, and it had no single appearance. It had nothing to do with others' regard. It came from one's own decision. The wizards were very aware of the difference between appearance and reality. They could bow low, play the clown, acknowledge defeat, and even take unjust punishment without internalizing a diminished status. Possessing a strong sense of reality, they valued hands-on experience and the application of theory to real life situations, and they knew that a student must be tested by experience and the test was often closer then they found....or seen.

When they emerged from their training, apprentices were ready to learn from anything and everything. They were not prey to wrong advice, for they learned from the bad things as well as from the good. They learned how not to be. They also learned that some people are better as "not" than as friends. "not" wizards have no enemies only as you grow and group in your mage existance will you see this. They knew how to process everything that came into their lives. They were mages studying to be wise in wizardry. Wizarding was the final steping and often the hardest of path, because there you mirror your awareness...

Things were defined by what they were not, every bit as much as by what they were. Wizards were constantly on the lookout for what was not being said, for what was being ignored, and for what was inconspicuously absent as well as what was meant to be implied. They saw the world as a place that was constantly changing however they didn't, and knew that all their influences would/could change with it. They knew that everything within that world was defined by the way in which it changed, and that if they were to understand that thing they must observe the changes, and must not try to alter their pace. As physicians, they knew that healing occurred through the life process, and that life and death were interconnected and the body being the machine of the soul repairs itself... Each came from the other, and neither was intrinsically bad. With their view of evil as displacement, a bad situation could be transformed into a good one instead of simply being opposed. A disadvantage could be turned to advantage. Anything could be seen as beautiful in its proper place, and everyone needed to be understood. When evil itself was seen in its proper place, and was understood for what it was, then one would grow out of it or learn why. And no matter how much of it there was in the world, it could not enter in without one's express permission, for evil was a chosen envying truth to the one whom desires.

The wizards' science was never separated from their love or from their rituals. They had a proper regard for their subject, knew that it was both wonderful and terrible, and refused to break its laws but would bend them it it was needed. They knew that the great test of their character was the challenge of loving that which they couldn't change. They refused to hate anyone or anything simply for having power over them, for how else could they live in a world that they challenged and loved at the same time? This principle was in every part of that world, from the tiniest drop of water to the largest mountain, and the same pattern could be found in each. The wizards knew that the world was a priceless gift, and they never took it for granted. Those things which were most beneficial were also most harmful, and must be handled with care. One must not partake of just anything that one wanted. The more precious the gift, the greater the danger. And the greatest gift of all was life and truth, for the world was known through living and every life was a doorway that came from something more wonderful and more terrible than the world itself. But for the time being the wizards walked upon the earth, knowing that where it flourished they would thrive, and where it faltered they would send students..lol.

what do i believe and what believes in me or why should i believe?

witchcraft and wizardryl has that answer for along time, it finds you as you want it to always has, perhaps magic is what they lack to know...(the self is a mystery in itself.....)

"wicca" before the title witchcraft was stated, and kept silent by the ones who was witch, that is far from true and fake beyond the lies of any book, why would one do this? i think it is to claim in a new name what they couldn't claim as their own in 400 years, witches was taught same as i was from my teacher, orally in a small group or one on one,

and they carried only one message from what my teacher taught me and she being wise, in a time i was strubbron, she would say

" your purpose in witchcraft is to learn the tools/workings and understandings of witches that come before you, you have no other direction why you do this, and you seek nothing from it but the pleasure to know what you know, and how to be one of witchcraft, the rest is gifted to you as you live what you are, as it was gifted to me and others that chose to get their nose bent in the door they ran into..."

she would go on to say....

"witches are like the wind, they seek only the forces and movents that create the power of their touch the rest is being cold or hot....by what forces mix or push within....."

(I asked her doesn't witches talk in a mixure of tone and she said and she said, only in fun and earnest value..)

Dimensions of deams are like raindrops, and each have their little whole that second from forming to completing the drop and the second it suspends in the space of the air, in both you have the time to change or add or takeaway from its purposed path and direction or not...but you being magical will see them both, thats the cool thing about being of it, it brings you their not you bringing yourself or willing over it or just letting it happen, however their is a price for this doing and it is honored when you make your choicing, and nature being what it is you will find that it will never forget when you do as you seed.....

what does it take?

To be something requires 3 things to start.

1. the desire to be and know that you want it most of all

2. time and effort as in learning about that which you want to follow in order to understand then become part of then be..by more then just a follower...

3. the tools that make up more then just its foundation, but your working design as one who is....

Anyone can guess at what is and isn't, its what is the reality as in the understanding that the pattern and the sources of information both have the same goal or match and that is what makes something more then just "claiming"

Is being a Witch or Magical person worth all this trouble, well 300 years of secrets and mythos and mysteries seem to think so, as for the one's who claim, they have no idea of what 300 years of missing info would mean, because that live day to day or to the extent of their own limits set by the amount of attention they show in their searching for real imagery or understanding.....

Being a Wizard, i can be harsh/strubbron, and even abit rude, why?

because we know as "wizards" that 300 years or more is 300 years not just a few weeks or a month or a year, but even if you cut it in half you would still be amazed at the extent it took and the info that is still to this day being collected and argued over...

"Perhaps your knowledgable to know that it is difficult to keep secrets and or desires hidden for 300 years or so as well.............."

As for History, well we all are on the clock and even if we wasn't we still would be trying to measure up to some type of clock.....

Witchcraft wisdoms and knots

In folklore around the world, witches are believed to be connected to the masters of the supernatural/para natural world. They are to conjure and command spirits which witches used as a way to bridge the connection between worlds. They may have special helping spirits called familiars, who take the form of animals, particularly cats, snakes, owls, and others. In some tribal societies, a type of spell called sending involves the witch's familiar. In this type of spell, the witch instructs the familiar to carry out such commands as delivering a hex to a victim (which was false, witches never used their familars or friendly for anything but to connect to the a 2nd level of their power, and to have a protector of animism.

Some cultures believe witches have the power to shape-shift into animals (no, they only possess the abuilty to see through the eyes of their subject.. unless they use like occult mages or sorcery "Alchemical skills". This power to change their shape enables them to travel about secretly (yes, but they as i said before only see then can effect from there) The lor behind it is to give the witch a more demonic power then they truly use unless they tap the other fields of magic as said above. Witches also are said to be able to fly (of which they can, but only by the bond with nature and only in the highest of their secret gifts, others believe they use an oil or drug to induce obe, but they don't only beginners in alchemical dabbling need to identify with that form of illusionism. They may fly under their own power, ride tools such as brooms or rakes, or ride magical animals.(A pagan writer lie used to blend the imagery of fear and wonder , witches, realwitches don't go that domesticated angle, as in brooms (Only the females of pagan/gpsy mixed and the ignorant of how magic works would believe that, because of 2 way... domestication was the wife with the broom and the idea of the broom in more of a sexual fashion, both are wrong.....yes wrong...)

Witches supposedly can control the weather. They are sometimes blamed for storms that damage dwellings or crops.(As one of magic witches can tapp into the sensitity of a thing or event and if they can foster the energy they can create a change in the energy or field, in some cases weather being geomagetic it can be swayed, in pagan it is more of asking for a change or gifting.... but that is more to validate the idea of their religion, and not to the powers of witchcraft.

According to folklore, witches have great knowledge of how to make magical potions and charms (of which as a young witch to be you attract by your energy of physical the eergy of greater knowing things or spirits one of which is the "Mage". An Educated person both in experiences and designs some witches to be become unioned with them and they thus gain a beginning book of magic, Heck do you know where the circle, and the elements and the so called "watchtower image came from" lol. A potion is a drink that causes a desired effect in a person's behavior (of which is again wrong, a pottion works with more of the desired will of the one who takes it or is attacked with it, so the effects can be quite wild, however as one who has diffrent field a potion can be weakened by one whos field are more powerful then the potion, unless it is pure posion, then it is spirit and body...as to if you survive. (Herbology isn't witchcraft, a witch isn't very scientific, they are more mix and match and after 400 or so years and mage books they have quite a list, but that is 2nd or 3rd in the use of a real witch... A charm is a magical incantation (word or phrase) that helps to bring about a spell (actually it is to show a sense of harmony and with this harmonic link it can create the mood that transfers the ecletic like energy, chants are way beginner and more the reason why witch as in wiccacraft is so poetic and not magical...you heard me, NOT MAGICAL.
Spells are more involed and secret the these simple dabblers dare know, hense the way they online or in books spread spells that have nothing more then their own personal touch, so you know it is well quite new, not old....Sadd too

Witches also are believed to be able to see into the future. Some people believe that witches possess the evil eye—that is, the ability to kill by looking.(sight ca teach and it can kill, and it can transform memories ad it can bind the tongue...but witches don't read the future, they visit onto it in image, and throught the mid of others, it is quite the most known power of any real or fake witch, because it is more gypsy then witch it has its limits, witches use more othe reason behind the image to see mre events.....saddly most do it for profit. But real reader will freedly read when they feel the dager is big enough......Omen/oracle

In many places around the world, witchcraft beliefs and practices have existed for centuries with little change. In many societies, it is believed that witches inherit their magical powers. Others believe that witches may be trained by local witches.(both are true, however not all workings of magic are freely taught so as a witch to be or an adept mage seeking to help, you have to feel out your enviroment,
witches have weird rules and these rules only stick when they see another whom is what they say, if they are more of a rollplayer they say hi, then go elsewhere and if want have a new friend, wicca on the otherhand try to just gather and say we don't judge you sodo as you will, which is a pagan thing to dso, because they are saddly more pagan, pagan: is a earthbased religion or not creation based on the idea of becomig more natural....Pagans are Real, they show their way/rules/stuff....so why does wicca have so many problems with their
ethics......or does do as you will mean that they don't care as long as they aren't opressed......you judge...

wicca is a mask, a new coat of paint, a better pill to swallow, an invisible breeze with no cold or hot...

witch is the invisible clothing, the house, the kid saying i will not take that medicine, the cold of the wind and heat of the sun

are they diffrent? you bet
are they of the same path? perhaps
are they at odds with each other? no

so why the name change? politics and new owning of something that teaches and can't be fully taught with borders...

why do others get involved with it...
(they see that the world does have some of the answers and aren't fearing the questions...anymore)

Is it religion vs magic? no

Its roleplayers vs the users of

but why roleplay? because they can remove the idea that they need any real commitment to it, other then their role describes....

Whats wrong with roleplaying?
nothing but when the role becomes more then just play, it confuses the one who was just a player.....

Wicca is a beautiful religion and it is without limits? no, not unless your on the yellow brick road...

(If you climbed alot of steps then was told you did this for no reason you would be like angry at the one who asked you to climb....(well they are dead, so that shows the respect they had for magic saddly, only those who claimed witch seemed to have a longer existance, but time takes all in moral design,......)

wicca is a form of witchcraft that has only the cover of witch secrets and uses these secrets as a religion based on pagan design with the hopes that chanting and group forms based on occult design will give them a bond to the god or goddess they invite...(but see for yourself) I did...

Witch is developing by the form of witches crafting, tools and charges that aid the witch in opening fields in energy called circles and with the secrets given by a mage they can tap by simples ancient images/times and forces of design such as nature, weather, will and the beauty of the witches general soul......

The wonderous thing about being of witches,
is witches is finding in all the wonderful things!
They don't dance, they don't prance, they don't bless, but they do laugh, at any who aren't aware of the same..
they can heal, they don't clap and with them others sing!
They live their life of magic and to those joy and practice bring with peace and fun pagan run about using their title in vain as wicca knows and farther shows that books and teas only their thing; so
The MOST wonderful thing about witches are...
the only one isn't an ain't!

Through my silence I become aware of that which sees me first.
Through my silence I become as magic bids me near.
Through my silence I am the sound not heard or seen the ray not shown but felt.

As above, so below from within you find the way; as the universe is so patterned, so my soul is given its space; as without is all the candles known, so within my soul can soar; my sacred space is here and now, in the shell i am again to be sharing...not by karma or destiny but by the design that magic and i as witch ride...

Egyptian's schools not a mystery

Egyptian's schools wasn't secret, nor was they hidden... lol
They didn't hide anything under the sphinx.....
but the egyptian did like to do certain rituals in mini chambers that was just empty and carried an echo....
When a priest or priestess was ordained they was the event of the day, because of the bad translations and the personal imagery in the discovery of egyptian and sumerian works, the magic that was the ancient language stops at the walls of stone....
However those dedicated my an ancient memory can draw back to make the ancient voices be re-born...
Egyptians served the whole gambit of dieties, however the worked and worshiped only 3 ( the sun :rai , the earth: geb/nun , stars: ah-mon )

Little has ever been written about ( or even known ) about Jemona.
She was regarded with fear, even amoung her fellow Witches, who
although respected admired her, feared her awesome power. During
the " Burning times ", she was the slayer of the Witch hunters.
Legend has it, that after living alone,undisturbed in a woodland for
many years, a magistrate, flanked by men, came calling one day intent
on collecting taxes. He was immediately struck with Jemona's beauty
and instead of collecting taxes, became intent on claiming Jemona as
his. The men who were waiting outside the little home for the
magistrate reported hearing blood curdling screams and immeditately
stormed the hovel. They found nothing but a pile of black ash near
the hearth and the magistrates sword lying beside it. Jemona had
vanished.

In whispered hushes, people say this done something to Jemona, changed
her peaceful ways and instead instilled a terrible need for revenge
for all those who have been wronged, especially Witches! She took it
now upon herself to " hunt the hunter's ". Witch hunters and the
accusers of witches were soon disappearing all over the country.
nothing was ever discovered of their bodies and it is not known how
she managed to enter and leave houses without being noticed, but in
some way, she seems to have made herself invisible. She only seems to
have made herself seem invisible however,on entering and leaving
hovels. She made no secret of the fact it was her that had killed the
accusers. Where she lived after she left her hovel, no-one knows. It
is thought that she moved around from woodland to woodland
as she travelled from village to village, wreaking revenge on the
accusers of witches. She was open and never hid her witchcraft
wherever she went, she didn't believe she had anything to fear &
that no mortal being could harm her.

So, very quickly, her reputation spread across the villages,and her
name became known far and wide. It is said that although her name and
deeds had preceeded her, On entering a particular town after hearing
of the killing of a witch that had taken place there, the townsfolk
ignored what they had heard and took it upon themselves to try and
kill her by stoning. It is whispered that as the first stone was
thrown, a radient light was seen surrounding her. The stone seemed to
bounce off the light without ever once making contact with Jemona.
More stones were thrown, only for the same thing to happen. Jemona
simply continued on her path, undisturbed. Panic spread amoung the
townsfolk, and they ran to their hovels for protection. A fair few of
the stone throwers " vanished" that night, along with the original
killers of the accused witch! Panic also spread through the
magistrates & those in high authority! Although they knew of her
and her deeds well, it was decided at a secret meeting,it is said,
never to talk about her or even say her name. They feared that by
saying her name, that it would somehow " summon " her to them, and
that she then would know of their actions and they would simply
vanish, cease to exsist.

It was in the name of self-preservation that they vowed never to try
and apprehend her for her actions, indeed, it was further
decided to " cover up " the missing witch accusers, and no record was
ever to be made regading them, exsisting records were changed, old
ones destroyed and history changed so that it seemed Jemona's victims
had never existed in the first place! She never was arrested, no-one
ever dared! Despite everything those in high authority tried, many of
those accused of witch-craft still called out her name with their
dying breath, and it is said that those who did call out to her,
Jemona responded to and revenge in their name was sought. It is said
that Jemona passed away at age 50, exactly as she foretold, but
legend says that as well as fortelling her death, she also foretold
her Re-birth into the physical realm.

According to hushed whispers, this is to take place within the year
of 2004. It is thought and feared that she is still hungry for
revenge. It is thought that if you call a Female child after the
mighty Jemona, then Jemona herself will be her guardian and the child
will prosper and be protected until the time of death. But, who would
call their child after Jemona? People in the know would tremble and
shake if they thought the most feared witch in history had returned,
as in her next incarnation, we simply do not know how blood-thirsty
she will be!

(Has anyone ever heard of this story about Jemona? Is it fact or
fiction?)

Anything of respect and self growth comes with a price, some feel that being the author of their own form of magic brings them the abulity to set the rules they mock those that founded the discovery of magic by....(if you think this then your playing a game, living a lie or just plainly don't really know...(theses are hard things to hear, but would they whom are of your community give you a license to be a doctor if you only read a few books and the doctors coat....) If you value anything you do you want it to be correct and as real so you can answer things that others find hard to look at...Term of being a witch, take it our leave it....

(For those that want to say, i need not play by your rule, your no authority of me or what i do....) I say then why do i have and you want, why can i say and you question, why can i show you and you can't see...

(Don't blame your need to be have it your way, over what has been done and continues to be growing...(magic isn't fastfood, you can't have it your own way, only those that sell you 8.00-20.00 books want you to believe that, and authors that can only make a name with fads all the while wanting to have what their books say you can get.....(perhaps i'm wrong, and my way of doing magic isn't everyones way....thats correct magic has forms other then mine, this i agree....but...we are talking witchcraft and as a Ordained member of a coven in Ca and working under one who's line is almost as old as its beginning of being known....(I can honestly say, every one of the books you read has its parts and its potholes, but you know this otherwise you wouldn't have looked.....(what most can't take is a witch is more then the title of a wicca at night and more then a male self made god in the fires of their own ego...) I learned this in a circle and i share it in the same way.....

Witches as i have learned are a special breed, not ordinary in their thinking and their willing to connect to the magic...not just look the "halloweeny" part...(are you any diffrent???) anyone ask you to prove it...

you say they use dark magic and i use white, two diffrent things...(that you know is a falsehood statement to any who do real magic, read/see/ and charge...(the only ones who claim this other are the bookites "those that write what in a few months is found not so") by those that practice for real....

I am merely putting mirror to face as it was put to me....

(can you do the same, if you can you already know what i seek is the truth, if you can then please either learn to stand in the heat or get out of real witchcraft...(because your being laughed at, like you laugh at other religions like christians)

Druid 101

Druids....

though today is a mixure of modern design of ceremonial and welsh celtic re-claiming, meaning they built a new form totally devoid of the earlier mystical design.....

todays druids do a mock christian based ritual of anoiting, observances of the seasons and a bit of the wine and water (su es modi zeus pactus) with white robes to symbolize the ex roman/shroud design....( white being the color of purity for them)

Ancient druid wearing green or brown robes, based on the idea of the nature of trees, often thught of in the "browny" image, then later the image of the oak tree, a bearded tree of age...,
(they shared the common space of the before known briton upbringing, many of the druid lore was based on the re-forming, athurian priest ideals... however this being wrong, because if you asked the oldest of druid during that day, they would say "Arthur who"....Druids was roaming type never staying in any area to long, because they like the magi of old has a sense of wanting to see the world...."the so-called 20 years of study"
(The secret magic of the druids was based o the symbolism of others, they used greek charms/phoenician/assyrian tablets and the wildest of alchemical root, some say that they was taught by living dragons, and that is correct to a point, however they served the idea of magic, not magic directly, druidism brith was in the restrained forms of a few villages of moral and social upbringing, you will find little on this info, because they didn't write on paper but on stone, based in other languages...as for their leaders, they had none, they as a group formed more of a jounrney fashion, in the words of "Ever journey begins with a single step" that was the way of their wisdom, as for their spiritual guide it was based not on one religion but the spirits they encounted....mainly greek but well the greeks started known language.....the had high re-guard for the woman who was psychic, or the blind man because they saw a world that only dreams could explain fully, at the age of 22-24 a woman was crowned the priestess based on a couple test showing the skill of their mind, orginally thought to be virgins and then a roman/welsh influence deified it in a male role as of "Merlin" , but this would seem no possible because of the female symbolism and dress of everyone but the sages or later priest....(In about the same time of the middle ages they who was formal druid encountered a new traveling companion
"witches of the french/romainian design" early gypsy/vagabond
(with the help of a few in the way of druid they share their secrets with these traveling mages of the welsh/and outer ring teachers...)
Armed with this new truth of magic, these teachers wowed the common courts of the age, but in a modest fashion, while protecting the secrets they exchanged.....

Druids taught lore of the land, borrowed from the songs they encounted and even helped in child birth, as mid wives before they join the roman/and pre italian church social class....
(they then just anoited as priest and teachers........)

Witches brought the magic, as in the living psychic will in all creation, bidding not on the religion of anything but the powers of the seen, many found them as they passed from area to area, however they unlike the druids drawn on them when they healed otheres by herbal or hexed others of conflict, skilled in a form of pre-modern hynosis they would erase the mind od others, so they was defended against by the "evil eye" a form of misdirecting design usd to draw away this basic of skill, however it was more lore then truth...
because it would only train the witch with a new skill....lol
(they used magic to defend and to shadow, never to attack...) that was lore used to give them a naming in the way of the devil, but even he knew that they was just abit more then plain evil.....

Druids never used the evil eye, as their charm to protect or empower... that was gypsy tripe, the powers druids had was in the way they use their magic, talisman/herbal bowls/sygils/glyphs
(later dawned on by those that noticed their wisdom was like the sun and stars they was confused with the roman sages and philosophie
(so forming mason and occult social circle divided their image with this new self promoting image.....)

If you did deep enought you will find the stuff i said is hinted at by all the old booknotes.... just not promoted....

Wizards being a more evolved and sensational design of monk/hermet being, they traveled as apart of their growth in the age of sage and like most travels you don't know why you just go, a common thing in todays "finding oneself" and ritual of manhood as a shaman, wizard as in student you encounter all the mythos and lore and you build from it a shaping pattern that defines all things as in the abulity to see it's future from its past.....) Wizard magic comes not from the wizard but the secrets the wizard 'captures" on themselves, by being made aware of its patterns...(the rest i can't say, because you would just have to do....as i did...)

But you will find it is a bigger book then most other books...

Witchcraft is commonly defined as the use of supposed magical powers to influence people and events. In Europe, beginning in about the A.D. 700's, witchcraft was increasingly associated with heresy (rejection of church teachings). The Christian church began a long campaign to stamp out heresy. Beginning in the 1000's, religious leaders sentenced heretics to death by burning.

Witchcraft in modern times. In 1939, Gerald B. Gardner became initiated into a coven of people who called themselves hereditary witches. They said they were practicing the Old Religion as it had been passed down to them through their families for many generations. They believed Witchcraft had been a religion since ancient times.
Gardner's coven was probably influenced by the writings of British anthropologist Margaret A. Murray. Writing in the 1920's, Murray had put forth the theory that witchcraft was an organized pagan religion that had originated as a pre-Christian fertility cult.
In the 1950's, Gardner published books about the ancient religious rituals of Witchcraft. He feared that Witchcraft was in danger of dying out, and he wanted to publicize it. He gathered information from his coven, but he also added material from such sources as European folklore, Eastern magic, and the writings of his friend Aleister Crowley. Crowley, a British writer, was known for his interest in spiritualism and the occult and for his writings on ceremonial magic. Gardner later collaborated with Doreen Valiente, whom he had initiated as a witch in 1953, in writing and revising the rituals. Valiente added an emphasis on the Goddess that was missing in Gardner's work.
Gardner's books Witchcraft Today (1954) and The Meaning of Witchcraft (1959) became the basis for the modern religion of Witchcraft. The religion grew in popularity during the 1960's, in part because of its antiestablishment and feminist characteristics. It spread from the United Kingdom to the rest of Europe and to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Asia.
As the religion was developing, however, Margaret Murray's theory came under criticism. Historians found no evidence of an ancient religion of witches. It became clear that Gardner had borrowed from other sources and had made exaggerated claims about a historical religion. Nevertheless, Witchcraft continued to grow as a religion. Its followers placed a greater emphasis on developing a Goddess-worshiping religion out of the beliefs of pre-Christian and non-Christian religions.
I will say this until i find it not true, and after looking for close to 10 years it hasn't been proven wrong...
Wicca is a beautiful religion image and to work in it is quite magic(k)al, rewarding and self serving... but it will take them 100 or so year's to ever get close to the meaning and workings of witch...."the main reason is that they are buying the books and the newagy safe stuff, while hoping to gain power as a voudon.....some make it and i met a few of them, but others are so fearful of seeing the witch self in themselves or lost in the books and movies that sell them the latest in potter/teenwicca/beadshop/ and fancy designed athame or woody wand...(a glenda the good witch sale i guess) toys........
Why be a witch, the common reply is i was born on or my family has this tradition which other then cultural foke story isn't anything more...
It's my faith, (then why not know why?)
like the newagy saying "want to know what witchcraft is, lick a witch"
wicca isn't on the lable because most wouldn't outside of witches know that it has anything to explain as one. The name witch brings images of power and knowing and darkness and spells, while wicca brings... what the heck is that to any so they who use witch as wicca are trying to merge the two....and saddly wicca will soon be named as witch...
and the reality/orginal self of witchcraft will be gone, and designed over by those not even worth of a mage training....(i know i met them)
So to keep the witch alive isn't to believe in a name.....

witchcraft a religon (another take on it)

The simple answer is no, and let me tell you why..
(magic(k) has always been the diffrents of religion, because to have magic(k)is to understand apart of the universal that others just want to be a question that is beyond all knowing...while the greater is true the less is also true...(witchcraft is gaining a form of mock following in the name "wicca") and if this was it's begining then i would say more power to it, however it isn't even in the oldest of fokelore based o the workings of believed witchcraft religion as in witch was never an issue until (the 80's and they did that like most other modern churches for tax breaks...) "the qoute" Want to be rich start a religion comes to mind...however.....in witchcraft they claim you can ass for money, but yet they make others pay for lessons or psychic assistances....so that is just the same as going to church to pass the plate
otherwise your not blessed...
so you judge is witchcraft a religion?
if it is, then are you blessed, made to pass the plate or just starting it to make yourself free rich...
If not... then you know your growing in the mysteries that magic(k) has confused the greatest of mines and religion as a control....

but is there a middle ground....yes....
(you can lie to yourself and roleplay write a book to feel good and die a lonly death)
want proof? as the beginners of wicca.....
(you can't their dead...ooops)

the blood knows

Vampires do exist but not in the way one would think, blood being the idea of controlling life and death and the showing side of a dark and free image...they are merely roleplayers and woman who have hurt themselves to gain attention or perhaps more, they wish a form over service that only this image can provide no question to...whatever modivates them blood has been defined in the occult "as fine as wine" and to those that build a habit in the power of the necromancer the gift of physic and empathic energy can convert liquid of the body as in physical fluid into a doorway of opening a dna code to reading the soul...this being the highest pursuit of this gift...
some who are of the magic(k)al can create by a simple spell or incantation...for those that dare practice what they preach...

The Magic(k) of the Vampire is in shades of it's self image, Having see and meeting both the real and the players, real as in having the gift i just mentioned above and abit more...and the roleplayers of the mind can only dream of such understanding,even though their blood trail teaches more.....

With all it is either a fad, fedish, fantasy
but when one bend those walls to truly know without question you run into the other f......
"faith" and witch can move mountians....lol

Lilith was not vampirical, it would be quite a putdown to her.....

The K/Q/C/S of the Kabbalah is just a tree
we sit by our choices on diffrent branches
and only by understanding these brances we sit in content to the symbols....explains us as beings
only by defining our direction then will we see the pattern and climb or fall off the tree...
(gravity) doesn't count.....

The oldest of tur(yule not)

Yule in the old witches tongue is "Wiesterling"

"pronounced" wester-ling

The Day of the old Gypsy when she would go to the cave in the upperhills and await death, death would never come.... but each time she went up she would know he wouldn't come, she would do this to remember you must as a witch face death off....everyday when your an elder one....because he is quite watching your back....

however when you face him off, you felt just abit more empowered

to take on the world when it was over.......

The power of this is that it's a lore

A youthful maiden when into a cavern and drawn up a fire and there she did the old ways , death came in a coat and said to her wear my comfort as your own and i will protect thee from aging time... she she place on herself a blacken shaw that covered her with fullness and death was pleased, as he had said the woman age not fast but slow.......until one day as of the age she spoke out on the fire death my brother i cast you no more curse me if you will but i conjure thee not... He was mad so he took away her beauty all in one night, so she went to the cavern and yelled deaths sacret name and he said told to thee to cast you came and now for me to not insnare your youth you must venture here....every "wiesterling"

to beg my venture on your comfort.....and i shall not be in thee gazing

but only in thee heart and dream will i come for thou....

(but if thee maiden come venture me on "wiesterling" will thou find one year returned......) So the old gypsy ventured to the caven with a maiden of blooming pride and did the ritual of the blade....shared only to those whom ventured....death came not but youth was found on the gypsy

one age less....(until the gypsy teaches the maiden the blade ritual) then the maiden gained as the gypsy did)

Being a druid is like owning a lake...think about?

You can't own the lake only the land and that is given to you by a title,
the lakes water and it drying up you can't command, or maintain,until you do it by artifical mean, the fish in the lake and the living organisms aren't in your control as well, but by being the owner you can decide whether they stay or did or go....

So you can be protector or destroyer of that lake!!!

If you chosen to protect it it will grow and get bigger and fill your place with trees.......and people might gather as you request...

If not it will die and replaced by a giant hole where life will grow again

but not for some time....perhaps way after your title is gone and or

needs to be renewed....understand.

However if your's grows, then you will buy more land and that will be the lakes property as well, of which you must again protect....so see the nature of druid???

Others will play at your lake, and they will themselves become either protector or destroyer...lol the circle...continues.....

"No your not an ecowarrior" nature can protect itself, it has always found away....even we are material of it....

however to be a druid is to have title to a living force "the dragon" or dragon's if you will.........treat it well protect and serve it, it will serve you

don't and it will die and past to another, because it can't ever be fully gone until life is fully gone......how mush space and stars is that?

The nature of witch and witchcraft comes in 2 forms....

the first being the self as witch and the second being the branching of witchcraft, tools and methods.....

witchcraft method? lol

(truthfully a method of witchcraft is a basic term meaning 'tradition')

We as those who actually study history and the ways of Magic(k)

know that trads aren't real, they was madeup to give the wiccan design more impact....trad isn't a folklore heritage or culture, many want to believe it is.... (however the facts say otherwise)

A Tradition is a mixure of beliefs or faiths that have been turned into a ritual that was adopted by a culture for 10 years.... or so...

(sounds like wicca, but being a modern design it doesn't qualify as a culture, only by the mixture of current cultures can it now "qualify")

Being a witch has nothing to do with (tradition) that is just a new name added to give yet again another "Ownership" title to a style not trad, as we know, style can be created by an image/fad/curiosity/or movement

and doesn't need a time frame to be genuine......

So modern trads are more style then Orginal, and that is why they have so many gaps in their forms because they mix (styles to evolve) but what about those that truly with to know...

They get sent to books, no only then their grandmother.....

"does that qualify them to be" a style yes, fad yes again, but tradition

no....(gypsies have trads, celtic clans not trads (style a syle based on a family naming) welsh groves (styles) so where are all the trad's....

most died in the 20's (because they went bust) no interest....

Underground coven's hidden from social worlds (not) only the french had that, the gothic have it now, not because of religion or being attacked

yet again it's a fad....imagery to be diffrent....

Why would one wish to be diffrent, heck they can't help it but more it has a mystic(k)al side....to tap into something of the un-known.

(tired of the same things starts it, and then it creates itself over as a fad or future trad....(but does it have a life, yes as long as the ones leading the memory of it does,....)

So Why witchcraft?

(If you say to see myself, because i understand then your a wiccan fadish whom might design a powerful trad)

(If you say cause i done stuff, that is quite another thing then being fadish, it is being able to say i want to understand, understanding in magic(k) is witchcraft.......(the 4th kind but the same never the less)

(if you say i was drawn: your a magic(k) person, no matter your path,

understanding, or belief and your more then any trad...why?

because you was drawn, to be drawn is to sense more then you might ever know...and that is purity in itself....no matter why!!!)

Because you "need" to know not just want to or to look good doing it,

"Neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed" develops actions...

actions develops truths or understandings, and understandings create change or the action of change, and that is magic(k)

Now that you need...... go here

personal charging with the 5

do you have 5 color candles

do you have 5 white candles

as in a star (set the color candle like this)
air (white) psychic power of witch (top)
fire(red) power of the witches energy (left)
water(blue) power of the witches compassion and promise to

nature (right)
earth (green) power of the witches connection to others of magic(k) (lower left)
spirit(yellow) power of the will of the un-known and that you

summon by your oath (lower right)

you now have the candles of the pentagram
the 5 white candles was to be used as the above, just without color, and are stretched out for room to add a person or to (circle)
but you can use one, just draw a circle and stand inside

with the white candle if you have only one...

( in the left or right hand ) draw a pentagram with red color ink, and draw circles from right to left in the form of 3 times round as /after you have lit the candle, light white/red/blue/green/yellow
after you do this do the circling, the pentagram top

          point must be facing the finger
  get skyclad before doing the beginning of this,
              you say nothing, no chanting
        this is just charging, awaking the candles
when you finish, blow out the candles any way you wish....

(nothing will befall you...lol)
then light the other candles any order you choose
if you only have one do that one stand in the circle, and

have the candle extended from you so you can look into the flame
           with your mind, bend the flames
left/right/ then change the candle blue then purple
       don't force your will on the candle/s
blow out the candle, look at yourself in a mirror....wait until the mirror looks like it is going dark, ( lay in the circle ) arms extended in a pentagram/star (anointing normally happen here...but not yet...
       and rest...reflect, then close by touching the circle

with the marked hand,
Warning: (just remember until you anoint and walk the circle and marked by a hp/mage/or highpriestess, your only charging self energy...)
sorry.... because they are the chain to the power, like a train, or bridge...
(many others/wiccan want to be the bridge without paying the toll...lol
personal power will make you a witch, but will also block you from touching other witches but those like your....entrance(the magic(k)trap)

the witch taps into the world of witch, not just the world of self ...

(books and others of the adept/novice self want to stay at)

called : the fear of having magic(k)

do the rite and see which side of the mirror you want to be on...lol
